Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns:

Returns are accepted on unused, unwashed eligible* clothing items (with tags) within 30 days of delivery. 

*Bows are made to order, therefore are not eligible for returns.
*Custom, personalized, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To start a return, email us at hello@cozyprairiebaby.com with your order number and reason for return. We will do our best to accommodate you! 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges (For Size Only):

Need a different size? We’re happy to offer size exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery, while supplies last.

  • Email us at hello@cozyprairiebaby.com with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for.
  • We’ll check availability and hold the new size for you.
  • Once we receive the original item in return, we’ll ship the new size out to you.
  • While customer is responsible for return shipping, we'll cover the shipping back to you for the first exchange on each order.

Special Returns for Loss

If you’ve experienced the loss of a pregnancy or baby, please know you are deeply seen, loved, and held in prayer. We believe in a God who comforts the brokenhearted, and it is our honor to extend that same grace to you. We offer special return accommodations for moms navigating this profound grief. Whether it’s a custom item or something past our return window, we will do our very best to support you. Email us at hello@cozyprairiebaby.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
